Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jaipur Gems Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged / Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
