Full Return Policy — 7 Day Gemstone Returns

Effective: 7-day return window from delivery date

Overview
We want you to love your gemstone jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted only if the item is received by us within 7 days from the date you received the package.

• Item must be returned in the original condition: unworn, undamaged, with original packaging, certificates (if included), and any freebies.

• Items altered after delivery (resized, engraved, cleaned by a third party, or re-polished) are not eligible for return.

• Sale / clearance items and custom or made-to-order pieces (including custom engraving) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at support@[yourdomain].com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.

• We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and the return address. Do not send items without an RA.

• Pack the item securely (original box + outer packaging recommended) and ship it within 5 days of receiving the RA.

Return Shipping & Costs

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect — in that case we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

• We recommend insured, trackable shipping; we aren’t responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take your bank 3–10 business days more to post the credit.

• A restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply to items returned without original packaging or that show light wear; we’ll notify you before applying a fee.

Exchanges

• Exchanges (for size or different item) are handled as a return + new order. If you want the same item in a different size or a different SKU, place a new order and return the original for refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.

Gemstone Authenticity & Certification

• If your piece included a gem certificate, please include it in your return. We may request time to verify authenticity before completing the refund.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
